Regulation Before Routines
Sensory processing is the foundation. If a child is not regulated, we cannot expect them to do much else. Come and learn about what sensory processing looks like for infants, toddlers, and young children. Let's dive deep into understanding not only what sensory systems are, but how they function and why dysregulation may occur. What happens when children's sensory systems are not functioning optimally, and what support can we provide the child and the family to foster increased participation in family structures and routines.
